My first experience with Willis Chevrolet was about 2 years ago when I had my 2015 Equinox in for service. Last spring while I was waiting for my car, I spoke with Glenn Clark, who showed me a 2025 Equinox. He showed me several vehicles and gave me details about the vehicles. Then this spring I decided it was time to make a purchase, and again Mr. Clark took me through the whole purchasing process. He never tried to pressure me into making a purchase. I was warm, kind and knowledgeable, and very helpful. The experience was very easy and I expect to see Willis Chevrolet in the future.

Sierra was very helpful about the tire maintenance sensor light that was on when I came in. She thought it would be $75 for the part and $25 to install it. However, the estimate she gave me when it was time to leave was $600.00!!! Needless to say, unless it keeps me from passing inspection, I will not be replacing the sensors on all the tires.

I brought my car in to have my oil changed and my brakes checked. The dealership was very good about letting me know about my timeframe and other issues that needed to be addressed.

I scheduled a test drive of a 2025 Equinox LT EV. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle and sales person were ready to go. The drive was very exciting and I was totally impressed with the vehicle. It sold itself. Our sales person, John, was equally impressive as well and his help in answering questions, demonstrating features of the car, setting up my Chevrolet app on my phone and doing the welcome call with On Star was totally enjoyable.

I'm so mad I had 1,400 of break work to my car. I've bring it back twice to tell them the new break pads are sqaling. The first time they told me the new break pads are coming in like that they could soak them. Well they did nothing then I bring it back again cause when it gets hot the break pads get real loud. They did nothing again. I left mad as hell telling them I would have to take it somewhere else. Cause now they wanted to charge me. Wow long story but they wasn't doing that til the day after they did work never again. All this company can do for me is a oil change

When I left from having my oil changed, I was satisfied, until I was on my way out for dinner, when my Engine Oil Light came on:(. I immediately called Howie at Willis and he asked if it was ok to drive and he ask if it was making any noise? I replied and said no, He asked if I could turn around and get back to the dealership? I said yes and turned around, he told me if I heard any noise to pull off to the side of the road and shut the truck off, he would come and get me. I made it to Willis and he checked the oil and there was none on the dipstick. He gave me a loaner and said they would check it all out in the morning. I was very upset and Howie reasured me that they would find out what was wrong. He said that he would let me know in the morning what was going on.

Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

I requested a multi-point inspection along with my oil change. However when paying, I didn’t get any paperwork that stated the results of the inspection. When I asked, they said everything was fine. Without seeing the paperwork that says how the brakes, tires, windshield wipers look, I wasn’t sure the inspection really occurred.

Mechanic left grease on the passenger side door handle and a smudge on the drivers side front fender. We had to go back in and get someone to wipe it off. Not sure why the mechanic had to open the passenger side door for an oil change and tire rotation. This has never happened before! Not happy!

Went for my regular oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic couldn’t remove my lug nuts. Because the aluminum caps swell due to the weather and age of my car. When I asked for a price to replace the lug nuts. The price is almost $400.00. This is why people stop coming to the dealership to get work done. I brought my own lug nuts with locks and had them installed. Cost me way under $100.00. 😁
