Went for my regular oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic couldn’t remove my lug nuts. Because the aluminum caps swell due to the weather and age of my car. When I asked for a price to replace the lug nuts. The price is almost $400.00. This is why people stop coming to the dealership to get work done. I brought my own lug nuts with locks and had them installed. Cost me way under $100.00. 😁

Mechanic left grease on the passenger side door handle and a smudge on the drivers side front fender. We had to go back in and get someone to wipe it off. Not sure why the mechanic had to open the passenger side door for an oil change and tire rotation. This has never happened before! Not happy!

Well, I went in for an oil change and came out with a new car. After talking to the individual, I have dealt with in the past on all the pro and cons with my old car and looking into the future purchasing the new car made more sense. I was able to view the vehicles on the lot and purchased what was in my budget. Thanks to Jeff, he really helped me out even after I changed my mind on color. Thank you guys.

I have dealt with Willis Auto for several years now. I have purchased 3 vehicles and have had them serviced regularly. When dropping off my car I sometimes need a ride back home if it is an extended time for service of my vehicle. I. Also can either have someone from the dealership to pick up if unable to get there on my own. Yesterday they delivered my car to my house. I would definitely recommend them for service and sales.

I was greeted upon arrival. Oil change and tire rotation were done in less than an hour. They kept me informed at all times. Great job!

I respectfully request you consider a "frequent flyer" bonus point thing to save a few bucks on oil changes...Everytime I bring my 2 cars in for oil/tire rotation the price goes up...maybe just a few dollars, but over 8 years, its considerable...I could easily go to the quik change oil places, to get a lower price, but Its my intention to be loyal to your business after 8 years of service...is there not a way that loyal , long time repeat service customers could be rewarded for making the effort to return to you guys over, over, over?..just an idea

I found a small nail in my tire on my 2022 Chev Silverado and it was leaking air. I called Willis Chevrolet service department and was told they could repair the tire and they set my appointment for 2 hrs. later. Tire was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. Excellent service and staff.

Dropped wife's car off in morning for a 3pm appointment. Was notified before lunch time that my wife's car was done

I set this appointment and my wife handled the actual appointment day! Upon arrival she asked for the oil change, tire rotation, and DEF top off. Once the service was complete, she left the dealership and had to turn around as the TPS system was activated with incorrect tire pressures. And she noticed greasy handprints on the vehicle. Upon returning the pressures were corrected and the vehicle washed. After leaving for the second time, she noticed the DEF was never serviced! The quoted, “1 hour” service call ended up costing my wife several hours. We’ve got to do better!

I called to get my 2020 Chevy Traverse oil changed and tires rotated. Willis Chevrolet service department was on top of it got me in and out very fast. They even shuttled me back to work and shortly after my car was dropped to my job as well. Seamless and professional.

We had the car toad to the dealership after it wouldn’t start even when jumped. We were told it would be a week before they could look at it. Fortunately the store called later that same day and said it was the battery and they installed a new battery.we got the car back same day. Needless to say we were very pleased.

It was fine but not very friendly. I mean a girl came in told me my car was done left the paperwork and walked away. Didn't ask if I had any questions etc. The individual when I went to the desk said I didn't owe anything and just to sign again didn't ask if I had any questions. I felt as if I was in and out just leave.

From the time you enter the dealership you feel welcomed and worthy. They are all very friendly and helpful with the vehicle that you are seeking and allow you to test drive them. Glenn Clark was very helpful and non-judgmental in our vehicle selection. The owner of Willis stopped by twice to assist with anything that could be needed from his end of the deal. In short, it's a very nice place to purchase a car. Glenn went out of the way to ensure everything was done and all questions answered. This is truly a great place to purchase a Chevrolet. I requested an appt with a specific service tech, but upon my arrival discovered that my tech was not onsite the day of my appt. I've been a Chevrolet customer for 56 years

The mechanic absentmindedly started to change my oil when an oil change was not needed. The service department owned up to the mistake, and I got a free oil change because of it.

My experience in a dealership was excellent. They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of of my vehicle. The waiting room was very comfortable in spacious and it wasn’t a long way at all.

The entire process of buying a vehicle was really very comfortable. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

I'd made arrangements for Willis to install a Borla cat-back exhaust on my 2023 Camaro. I'd dropped off the Borla parts in the original packaging only to learn there were parts missing. Chase helped me understand what was missing and was patient for working through the delay of getting the missing parts expedited. The process started on Monday and I was able to pick up the car on Friday. Very satisfied with the experience and results. Car looks and sounds amazing.
