I scheduled a test drive of a 2025 Equinox LT EV. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle and sales person were ready to go. The drive was very exciting and I was totally impressed with the vehicle. It sold itself. Our sales person, John, was equally impressive as well and his help in answering questions, demonstrating features of the car, setting up my Chevrolet app on my phone and doing the welcome call with On Star was totally enjoyable.

I'm so mad I had 1,400 of break work to my car. I've bring it back twice to tell them the new break pads are sqaling. The first time they told me the new break pads are coming in like that they could soak them. Well they did nothing then I bring it back again cause when it gets hot the break pads get real loud. They did nothing again. I left mad as hell telling them I would have to take it somewhere else. Cause now they wanted to charge me. Wow long story but they wasn't doing that til the day after they did work never again. All this company can do for me is a oil change

I requested a multi-point inspection along with my oil change. However when paying, I didn’t get any paperwork that stated the results of the inspection. When I asked, they said everything was fine. Without seeing the paperwork that says how the brakes, tires, windshield wipers look, I wasn’t sure the inspection really occurred.

Willis Chevrolet service department is one of the best in Delaware. I have always been satisfied with both the service and the staff.

When I left from having my oil changed, I was satisfied, until I was on my way out for dinner, when my Engine Oil Light came on:(. I immediately called Howie at Willis and he asked if it was ok to drive and he ask if it was making any noise? I replied and said no, He asked if I could turn around and get back to the dealership? I said yes and turned around, he told me if I heard any noise to pull off to the side of the road and shut the truck off, he would come and get me. I made it to Willis and he checked the oil and there was none on the dipstick. He gave me a loaner and said they would check it all out in the morning. I was very upset and Howie reasured me that they would find out what was wrong. He said that he would let me know in the morning what was going on.

Willis Chevrolet recently repaired a manufacturing issue with my new Equinox, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They provided a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed, even handling pickup and delivery so I didn’t have to miss time from work. Gary is an exceptional technician, and Chase went above and beyond with incredible customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more positive experience!

Went for my regular oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic couldn’t remove my lug nuts. Because the aluminum caps swell due to the weather and age of my car. When I asked for a price to replace the lug nuts. The price is almost $400.00. This is why people stop coming to the dealership to get work done. I brought my own lug nuts with locks and had them installed. Cost me way under $100.00. 😁

After talking to the individual, I have dealt with in the past on all the pro and cons with my old car and looking into the future purchasing the new car made more sense. I found a small nail in my tire on my 2022 Chev Silverado and it was leaking air. I called Willis Chevrolet service department and was told they could repair the tire and they set my appointment for 2 hrs. later. Tire was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. Excellent service and staff.

Took the truck in a week earlier because the motor light was on, they checked it and it was a purge pump for emissions, they ordered it, called, came back in they replaced, everything ok! Everything went Great, thank you Willis!!!

Mechanic left grease on the passenger side door handle and a smudge on the drivers side front fender. We had to go back in and get someone to wipe it off. Not sure why the mechanic had to open the passenger side door for an oil change and tire rotation. This has never happened before! Not happy!

I respectfully request you consider a "frequent flyer" bonus point thing to save a few bucks on oil changes...Everytime I bring my 2 cars in for oil/tire rotation the price goes up...maybe just a few dollars, but over 8 years, its considerable...I could easily go to the quik change oil places, to get a lower price, but Its my intention to be loyal to your business after 8 years of service...is there not a way that loyal , long time repeat service customers could be rewarded for making the effort to return to you guys over, over, over?..just an idea

Dropped wife's car off in morning for a 3pm appointment. Was notified before lunch time that my wife's car was done

I set this appointment and my wife handled the actual appointment day! Upon arrival she asked for the oil change, tire rotation, and DEF top off. Once the service was complete, she left the dealership and had to turn around as the TPS system was activated with incorrect tire pressures. And she noticed greasy handprints on the vehicle. Upon returning the pressures were corrected and the vehicle washed. After leaving for the second time, she noticed the DEF was never serviced! The quoted, “1 hour” service call ended up costing my wife several hours. We’ve got to do better!

I have dealt with Willis Auto for several years now. I have purchased 3 vehicles and have had them serviced regularly. When dropping off my car I sometimes need a ride back home if it is an extended time for service of my vehicle. I. Also can either have someone from the dealership to pick up if unable to get there on my own. Yesterday they delivered my car to my house. I would definitely recommend them for service and sales.
