Whenever I have my vehicle serviced at Willis, it is always a pleasant and efficient process. Additionally, the fees are comparable to other shops in the area.My only issue is that they do not have Saturday hours any longer which is an inconvenience as like most folks I work Monday through Friday and depend on my car for work.

Sales team very patient and empathetic with my journey to a new vehicle and met any request I had made.

Joe Mosley is easy to get along with and answered all questions. He was not pushy or overbearing. As a retired GM employee he told about the discounts that I am allowed and warranty's on the vehicle. The trade was fair, No fuss, easy transaction Thank you Gurnie Jopson

As always, I was treated with royalty. I drove into the customer service bay, met by Ron Dupuis, advised and apologized for having to "short change" my appt. from an oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment to simply an oil change and that I was going to wait. I had customer service drivers waiting to take me back home for my original service request but cancelled them upon arrival with no problem. 20 minutes later, my vehicle was finished and I arrived at my next meeting on time. Talk about customer service!!! As always, I'm treated like family! Thanks to all. Please feel free to post this on the internet, FB or even at the White House! Uncle Donald Trump would love to hear of my experience!
