I stopped by to schedule an oil change. I tried to schedule on-line but dates were not available. They scheduled me right away & I was in & out within an hour. That was service with a smile. I also used my points to pay for the oil change. That was an extra perk.

Willis Chevrolet kept me advised of the progress being made to my Monte Carlo during the 3 weeks they had my car. They explained what they found wrong each time and what it would take to make the repairs, including the cost. I was in no rush to get my car back, just wanted it fixed right and that they did....

My son's 2011 Camaro needed a new rack and pinion. I had purchased an extended warranty, and Brian took care of everything and had him back in the driver's seat in a short amount of time. We love Willis Chevrolet - buy all our vehicles there.

Have been going to Wilis for years with both my chevys and I am very disappointed Have had my impala in three times for trunk issue and have not been able to drive the car for a month and every time I call I am told I have to wait another week to bring my car back to try again to fix the problem, would think at least you would get to me faster as I have been a loyal customer, I may look for another dealership after this
