We were a little disappointed as we had issues with the truck the day after having it serviced a few weeks ago, but you did step up and repair the problem. That is a sign of true customer service. Thank you
We found out after the purchase that the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado had two recalls. We should have been informed up front that there were 2 recalls. We don't like that the jack behind the passenger seat is not sealed in a container. The other night we went grocery shopping and placed some groceries behind the passenger seat and then lowered the seat. The jack punctured a box of cereal. We lowered the seat because we were valet parking and didn't want anyone to see the bags. We didn't notice this issue before we purchased the truck! Also, we ordered a Tonneau Cover, Bed Cargo Net with Chevrolet Bowtie Logo, and a Console Organizer Tray in Black. After the order was placed, we were notified that the Tonneau Cover was back-ordered. I emailed Bryan Shipe about the back- order. He contacted the parts supplier and told me that the Tonneau cover would be in the week of January 13th. We were initially told that the Tonneau Cover would take a few days to come it, not weeks!
I was frustrated at first because I kept leaving messages to find out about my Traverse and no one returned my calls. After a week or two that I had to pay for a rental until I could get a loaner car. I am building a handicapped ramp for my mom and my money is tight and paying for a rental was hard. I did appreciate the loaner, it did help.
Purchasing a new Suburban RST was an excellent experience from first visiting Willis Chevrolet Buick through driving it home. Mr. Glenn Clark was and is our Willis professional go-to contact. He made everything smooth, not just the easy parts but even the challenging parts of the process along the way. We were introduced to four other key people also: sales manager Mr. Tony Benedetto, finance Mr. Howie Minner, assistant service manager Mr. Keith Tania and Mr. Isaac Willis. This group does it right. Building relationships from the beginning and for long term is one of many of their key skills and attributes. We thank Glenn specifically and look forward to future visits. A true win-win experience!
