I asked twice for you to not use an air gun when removing/replacing my lug nuts on my wheels. When I picked up my vehicle there is consistent damage to EVERY lug nut. I asked and the tech said he did not use an air gun. But the damage does not lie. I used the same adapter to put the wheels/lugs on when I got them and used a hand tool and no damage occurred. I would like to see the surveillance footage of the service bay where the tech did "not" use an air gun on my wheels when I politely asked them twice and it was even noted on my work order. I would like to get my service charge refunded which would cover the cost of the damaged lug nuts.
We purchased our 2018 Buick Encore from Willis Chevrolet Buick brand new and LOVE the vehicle. Due to circumstances weren't able to take her in for prior servicing. Back on track again. Was greeted at my appointment time, handed over the keys and all was taken care of professionally and quickly. Met up with our salesperson, Jeff Klime. Will definitely seek him out next time we're in the market for a vehicle!
Up until my last experience with your dealership service department I VERY Pleased with everything you folks do. But with this last visit I do feel that I did not get all of the service that I paid for. Also I left with a problem that had not been there when I dropped the vehicle off for service. Still very please with your service administration and the courteous manner in which they handle things. (Brian has been great) I WILL be back but just a little more cautious next time.
