When I asked a guy about my transmission problem, he said it was the way the transmission it is supposed to be. I don���t agree with him.. I don���t think the transmission should shift in reverse hard and slip from drive to Neutral then back to drive
This time my visit was the result of a recall. The service manager, Ron, as always was courteous and understanding. The examination (which showed no issue was present) took a minimal amount of time. I was comfortable in the waiting area where I read a magazine I had brought with me. No complaints. I've been very satisfied with my experience at Willis.
Once again, as usual, everything was above expectations, professional, courteous, understanding, and as promised. Not used to this type of perfection and customer service until returning in 2015 when we purchased our new tahoe. The rest is history. Caring and understanding.!
Our new Equinox was in for a 6 month oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. We even stopped to talk with Glen Clark who sold us our car. It was great seeing him and was glad to hear that business was doing really well during the pandemic.
