I was very upset but I had to make a second trip back to Willis to have my battery replaced. If they had done my safety check as they State they always do they would have noticed that I needed a new battery!
It will be a repetition of my previous answers. All I can say is that from Issac down to the workers, everything is cool. Nobody has changed. From 1978 to now, only one dealership will get zero from me.
I always have a pleasant experience at Willis but this last one was the exception. My husband went to drop off my car and said the person who received it was rude and had an attitude that was very off putting. We rationalized it as maybe that person had a bad morning. However, reality is that is also impacted my husband's morning. Excellent customer service has been always the usual and would not like it to change it.
Your salesman Rick Meinhold was very helpful . After me making 3 trips to your dealership trying to make up my mind on a vehicle, Rick was always the 1st person out to greet me. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I feel he is an asset to your business.
