Drove in your service area, parked where it said Park Here, got out of my vehicle & waited & waited. No one said “we’ll be right with you” or even Good morning. If I didn’t of used my coupon for an oil change, I’ve would of gone to IG Burton, which is where I go for everything else. I had a bad experience last time too.
For the past three years that we have owned our Chevy Malibu, I have received excellent care at Willis Chevrolet. The service staff (Ron Dupuis in particular) are always cordial and make me feel comfortable. I feel the prices are fine, especially since my first two service appointments after buying the car were free! I'm a satisfied customer.
I did a longer survey of this type a couple days ago and submitted it. Check your records that should be there somewhere. Salesperson was very helpful in explaining the workings of the new vehicle. When I went back to get additional coverage work done on the vehicle he went over some more things with me I had forgotten.
