My visit was due to an air bag recall on my truck. I was in and out in under an hour. There was no issues. From the dealer's perspective, this was a fantastic opportunity to "cross sell" services. I may need a n oil change but no one even asked how my vehicle is operating. That's what I'd do as a service manager.

My experience was pretty good. My only complaint was the blackish grease left on the driver side door handle and surrounding area. Also on the left front wheel. My vehicle was not super clean when I brought it in. But there was no grease stains on the body. Minor things. Not a deal breaker for me!

It was happenstance, really. I qualified through USAA and ID.me and was sent to a dealership in MD. They could not locate the vehicle i was looking for. GM brought up the vehicle I purchased from you, however, I did not shoe up on your website so I called. Everything done via phone and email. When I came in to take delivery everyone was extremely friendly amd helpful.

No communication. Dropped my vehicle off on Thursday evening Mar 18 for a repair to be done on Friday Mar19. At 4:30 Friday afternoon I called to see if it was done. On hold for ten minutes then hung up on. They did call back to say the part that I waited two weeks to come in, then another week to schedule was damaged and vehicle wouldn���t br done until Monday the 22nd. I understand things happen, but there is no excuse for them not calling and letting me know what was going on all day!! Very disappointed in your customer service
