It took 3 attempts to get this service done with you guys. The first because you guys don’t do valet after a certain time (doesn’t say this anywhere when scheduling) and the second time because you guys just downright forgot. That’s completely unacceptable. I purchased this truck for the explicit reason of bad weather. So of course I got stuck in a snow squall while my truck was being serviced. Because you guys messed this up, I was forced to take a $55,000 sports car out in the ice and salt and snow. I cannot express to you how frustrating that is for someone that cares for their cars like I do. All I got was an “uh, sorry” from the guy on the phone. Extremely disappointing service experience.
I only go to Willis for the maintenance on my vehicles, as does my daughter and husband. Aggie Donovan, Donnie Ebaugh, and Greg Dillion are the best. They care for your vehicle as if it were their own.
I take my car there to get my oil changed and it's either the reset of oil use or the sticker the lets me know when i should have my oil changed based on mileage that is missed. Other then that they do a good job.
