Our technicians are not only qualified to take the dings and dents out of your vehicle, but also to leave your vehicle looking like new with an exact color matching paint job.  Our state of the art Down Draft Auto Spray Booth is equipped to leave your vehicle's paint job looking straight out of the dealer, factory new. It measures 22 feet deep, 14 feet wide x 10 feet high to accommodate the smallest of cars to the gigantic sport utility vehicles.

Our I-CAR trained refinish technicians are responsible for the refinishing of your vehicle from identifying your paint code, verifying and preparing the surface, tinting colors, and applying the paint, up to the final detailing. These technicians are trained with a systematic approach to matching the color, texture, and durability of today’s paint finishes. We use the best in Lesonal products to complement every paint job with the quality and guarantee backed up by Lesonal for using all of their products in every step of the refinish process.

When you see the Limited lifetime warranty, you can feel confident that you're working with a shop you can count on. We offer this special lifetime* guarantee on repairs using the Lesonal Automotive Finishes Corp.'s premium undercoat system and the top-quality basecoat/clearcoat system, or a specified single stage systems**. This represents advanced automotive refinish technology. Whether you own a domestic or import vehicle, this system provides extremely accurate color matches and long-lasting durability. These advanced Lesonal refinishing products are applied by a trained and certified Paint Technician. If any covered defects, such as peeling, cracking, crazing, extensive loss of gloss, color fading, color chalking, or moisture blistering, appear within the covered period as a result of material failure or workmanship, we will correct the problem.

Written Warranty
We guarantee the work performed at Willis Collision Center so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this limited warranty is rust coming through the metal, scratches and gravel marks from normal driving conditions. This is a fragmented four part Limited Warranty, and specific additional stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

METALWORK: Willis Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. The Shop will, at its sole option, repair and repaint any metalwork warranted hereby.
PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Willis Collision Center provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, a One (1) year Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will, at its sole option, reprime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. Paint Warranty is valid only when paint is applied over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Willis Collision Center provides a One (1) year Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage including suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. The Shop will, at its sole option, re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby.
PARTS: Willis Collision Center guarantees that parts or materials used are of the first quality. Those parts or materials are subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. We guarantee that used parts or other than original equipment manufactured parts were not used without authorization from you as noted on the repair order.
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this LIMITED WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included in this LIMITED WARRANTY.

This LIMITED WARRANTY shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings.

LIFETIME shall mean the period of time which the owner of the vehicle at the time of the repair owns the vehicle. If such owner sells, trades, and/or transfers the vehicle to another person or entity, shall terminate.

THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Willis Collision Center. The warranty is not transferable. Please see consult your contract for your specific warrantees.
